I LOVE a decent veggie burger. Particularly when it's loaded up with a portion of my most loved fixings like sweet potatoes, quinoa and dark beans. Can't beat that.
Made with quinoa, sweet potatoes, dark beans and flavors, this dark bean burger is without gluten, veggie lover and vegetarian. No eggs are important to tie the patties together. The pounded sweet potatoes and dark beans do practically everything. Furthermore, the quinoa? It's gives the dark bean burgers a pleasant surface and adds more protein to help with the fulfillment factor.
To make it stunningly better, I prepared a Chili Lime Mayo that is anything but difficult to make and just requires a bowl and a fork. You should simply combine some locally acquired mayonnaise, bean stew garlic sauce and newly pressed lime juice. It's appetizing, a little piece fiery and has a pinch of corrosiveness that draws out every one of the kinds of the dark bean burger.
