Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 salmon fillets skin on
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 4 pineapples slices
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of salmon fillets.
