It's the ideal pastry for the hotter months when you need something light after supper. This is an a lot simpler approach to serve banana pudding to a group. Essentially chill and cut into bars for serving!
Start with vanilla wafer treats and spread to make the outside layer. (It would be ideal if you NOTE: photographs show a 8×8 container, however the recipe is composed for a full measured 13×9 heating dish.)
Top with a layer of newly cut bananas. Slather on that rich pudding layer. Yummy! Top with whipped besting and disintegrated vanilla wafer treats. You can even include some increasingly cut bananas directly before serving in the event that you need. Simply don't include them too soon or they will get darker and gross looking.
Utilizing the wafers for an outside layer rather than graham saltines has an enormous effect! It adds that sweet smash to the bar and makes it taste simply like a major bowl of banana pudding. I'm sparing this recipe for future picnics and summer social affairs since it's so natural and the stove is on for a couple of minutes!
