At the time, I wasn't doing my very own lot cooking or recipe creation so I was a normal guest of Starbucks to get my blueberry biscuit fix. I wish I had this recipe in those days on the grounds that these vitality balls are so dang heavenly! This is another of those, "toss everything into the nourishment processor and you're ready" sort of recipes. No compelling reason to whine around with the broiler, or a rundown of 15 fixings.
Since this recipe makes many, they're impeccable to make ahead for brisk in a hurry breakfast and bites. Store them in your ice chest or cooler until you're prepared to appreciate.
I will now and again have these for breakfast or I like to convey a few these around with me to nibble on for the duration of the day. They're immaculate to bring with to my collaborating space or to have available for a pre or post yoga nibble. With a touch of protein, a great measure of fat and some common sugars these leave you feeling fulfilled in a greater number of ways than one!

Need the flavor of a sweet and tasty blueberry biscuit, without the majority of the gunk? Make these Crude Blueberry Biscuit Vitality Balls for a nutritious bite that doesn't skip on the flavor!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups nuts (I used 1 cup of cashews & 1 cup of almonds)
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or seeds of 1 vanilla bean)
- Zest of 1 lemon, juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add nuts to food processor. Process until nuts are pea-sized.
- Combine nuts with dates and dried blueberries and process until all ingredients have broken down and are a bit sticky.
- Add in lemon zest and juice and vanilla extract.
- Process until all ingredients come together to form 1 large sticky ball.
- Roll into small balls and store in fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer.
