This Chocolate Avocado Smoothie suggests a flavor like a dull chocolate milkshake, while being normally without dairy and improved with organic product. It's made without bananas, for a rich chocolate enhance you'll adore.
What I love about this smoothie recipe is that it is appropriately joined and sans nut. It's filling enough to be appreciated as a light lunch, or you can share it as a normally improved pastry.
The way in to this smoothie is utilizing enough cacao powder to cover the avocado flavor, and you can even include a bunch of new child spinach to the blend for additional sustenance. I guarantee, you won't have the option to taste it!
I trust you'll appreciate this chocolate avocado smoothie whenever you have to fulfill your sweet tooth!

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 Medjool dates , pitted
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach (optional)
- 1 heaping cup ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a high-speed blender, combine the water, dates, avocado, cacao powder, vanilla, and spinach, if using, and blend until very smooth. Taste the pudding-like mixture to make sure there's enough sweetness and chocolate flavor to your liking, and adjust anything to your taste. (Keep in mind that the flavor will be diluted a bit more once you add the ice.)
- Add the ice and blend again, until the smoothie has more of a milkshake-like texture. You can add as much ice as needed to achieve the texture you want, but keep in mind that extra ice will dilute the chocolate flavor. Serve right away.
