I am a finished sucker for a pumpkin flavor latte. I used to get them all the time from your neighborhood espresso chains. No more! Since I have totally begun to look all starry eyed at this without dairy, genuine sustenance form! Only 5 basic fixings hurled into a blender gives you a warm, comfortable and foamy cup of pumpkin zest happiness!

I do it all the time in the winter (howdy, I live in MN and it just gets too cold to even consider drinking cold espresso now and then!). So I simply take my virus blend and toss it in a little sauce skillet and warmth it up! - 8 oz coffee (either warmed up cold brew or regular coffee)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use Califia)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients in high powered blender and blend on medium speed for a good minute or two.
- Taste and feel free to add additional maple syrup or other ingredients – everyone’s taste is different!
- Feel free to top with whipped coconut cream!
